The Flour Garden Microbakery is located in Downtown Lancaster, OH on East Chestnut Street. We have converted a portion of our home to a dedicated baking space, and we take orders online for pick up every single week!
A new menu is released weekly via Hotplate! Each week, I try to make my staples available, plus specialty items, seasonal items, and we always have to have a sweet treat or two! You can place an order any time there is an open menu, and choose to pick up your order at The Flour Garden HQ Porch Pickup off of East Chestnut St every Friday. You can also find us at Lancaster Farmer’s Market every Saturday in the summer.

What started as a hobby quickly turned into a full-blown love affair with wild yeast (the only kind I trust, thank you very much). Around here, you won’t find a single packet of commercial yeast, and definitely no bleached, bromated, or enriched flours. I use only the highest quality ingredients: organic flours, zero preservatives, and nothing weird you can’t pronounce. You deserve bread that loves you back. 💛
I believe in creating food that looks beautiful, tastes incredible, and makes people feel something, whether it’s a crusty loaf fresh from the oven or a sweet treat that feels like a hug. I have the most fun taking regular recipes and making them gut healthy!
